Booked through Groupon. Really friendly welcoming staff. Open log fire. Great cooked breakfast and selection. Wonderful location. Room clean with white bedding and towels. No bath. It's an old hotel so floors are creaking and thin walls. Definitely stay again. Good value.
We love Betws-y-coed. We were travelling to meet relations so stayed just one night. The staff in Glan Aber Hotel couldn't have been nicer. We felt very welcome. The room was grand and the food good. We had dinner and breakfast. Had a lovely walk around the town and met nice people especially in the church. Short drive to Swallow Falls which is worth the visit even if only passing through. Lovely memories of every visit and the Glan Aber.
We have visited here before and came back for a cheeky weekend break. The location is central Betws-y-Coed and the area is stunning. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong. The hotel is also dog friendly if you want your furry friend to come as well.

In a small town, the bus runs through regularly though. The rooms were nice and clean. The building is older so no AC and older furniture and infrastructure. However we really enjoyed our stay here the staff where great! I've recommended this location to others. The breakfast was really tasty.

A last minute find for a solo traveling lass. A gem. Hotel or hostle rooms at very fair prices. Remember to call your hotel to book so the booking sites dont take a cut, same prices!! Lisa was a gracious host. The location is perfect to explore from or relax in. The spa room.... well!! When you book your stay, book an private hour in the steam/sauna/jazzuzi for only £5pp! The location has a peacefull garden with fairy lights, its own bar/restaurant and aprox 10 parking spaces ( theres also a road arounf the back around the church) Choose this hotel, you won't be disappointed
Popped in just over a week ago, Just for a evening meal really because the hotel we was staying in locally had an utterly awful menu. From the moment you walked into this place, they just made you feel very welcome, and couldn't do enough for you. The meal we had was great, and at a great price, the portion was amazing as well. Would highly recommend this place, because it was very clean, well priced, and the staff are truly the icing on the cake, an absolute gem of a place ;-).
